We ship across India and support international/global supply for distributor orders.
2. Dispatch Time
Products purchased via our Amazon storefront are dispatched and delivered according to Amazon's own shipping timelines — CFOKU does not control dispatch for those purchases. Bulk, institutional and distributor orders placed directly with CFOKU are dispatched as per the timeline agreed at the time of quotation.
3. Shipping Modes
Air and road shipment supported. Self-ship option available for bulk buyers. Standard export and bulk carton packaging provided; custom branding available.
4. Charges
Shipping charges (if any) for orders placed directly with CFOKU are included in the quotation. For items purchased via Amazon, shipping charges are determined by Amazon at the time of purchase.
5. Tracking
Tracking details (where available) are shared via WhatsApp/email after dispatch.
6. Delays
We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, customs, or events beyond our control.
