This policy covers order cancellation, returns, replacements, and refunds.
1. Order Cancellation
Retail orders may be cancelled before dispatch by contacting us on WhatsApp or sales@cfoku.in. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
2. Bulk / Custom Orders
Bulk, customised, or private-label orders are made to order and are non-cancellable once production begins, as per the agreed advance terms (50% advance + 50% before dispatch, or 100% advance for small orders).
3. Returns & Replacements
For damaged, defective, or incorrect items, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos/video. After verification, we will arrange a replacement or refund.
4. Refund Timeline
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
5. Non-Returnable
For hygiene reasons, certain medical textile and orthopaedic items may be non-returnable unless defective.
