CFOKU Enterprises respects your privacy. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
1. Information We Collect
Name, organization/hospital name, contact number, email, location, and enquiry details that you provide via our quotation and contact forms or WhatsApp.
2. How We Use It
To respond to enquiries, prepare and share quotes, process orders placed directly with us, and provide customer support. We may contact you on WhatsApp/email regarding your enquiry or order.
3. Payment Data
CFOKU does not collect, process, or store payment card or banking details through this website. Purchases made via our Amazon storefront are paid for entirely through Amazon's own payment systems, under Amazon's own privacy and payment policies. For quotation-based orders placed directly with CFOKU, any payment arrangements (for example, bank transfer) are made directly with our sales team outside this website.
4. Sharing
We do not sell your data. Since no payments are collected through this website, we do not share your data with payment processors. We may share details with our own logistics/courier partners when fulfilling an order placed directly with us, or where required by law.
